Terms of Sale of Metatron Marketing Ltd.
Version: 13 October 2026
1 · Seller
Metatron Marketing Ltd., Monomark House, 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, WC1N 3AX, England.
Business address: Vale da Pinta, Estombar, 8400-066, Portugal. Companies House no. 16220417.

2 · Scope
These terms apply to every purchase made through our websites. The website checks, Metatron Voice, the advertising pilot and LivingLink listings are for businesses.
3 · Contract and price
The contract is made when your payment is confirmed. The price shown on the page at the time of purchase applies. Where a page says “net”, tax is added for business customers; all other prices are final prices. Stripe processes the payment. We do not store card details.
4 · Delivery
You receive the service digitally. The purchase page states what you receive and when. For a subscription, the purchase page states the term and how to cancel.
5 · Returns: 14-day money back
You may return any purchase within 14 days of payment without giving a reason. Write to consulting@metatron.marketing and state the email address used for the purchase. We refund the full amount within 14 days to the payment method used. For a subscription, the return covers the first payment.
6 · Consumers: right to cancel
As a consumer you may cancel the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. A clear statement by email to consulting@metatron.marketing is enough. We refund all payments within 14 days of receiving your cancellation.
7 · Defects and liability
If the service does not match the description on the purchase page, we correct it or refund the price. Our liability is unlimited for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. Otherwise our liability towards businesses is limited to the price paid. The checks show a measured state at the time of measurement; they are not legal advice and do not promise a result.
8 · Law
The law of England and Wales applies. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction; as a consumer you may also bring a claim where you live. Mandatory consumer rights of your country of residence remain in place.
