For businesses sending quotes by email

Can recipients authenticate your email?

Check the public SPF, DKIM and DMARC records for your domain. These records support email authentication; they do not guarantee inbox delivery. Enter your domain or email address. Only the domain is checked.

  1. Enter your domain, no sign-up
  2. Free preview: DNS findings and limitations
  3. PDF report, €149.00: findings and proposed changes

What is checked

SPFWhether there is one SPF record, its DNS lookup count, syntax and final rule, and the include of a provider suggested by MX.
DKIMPublic keys under 34 common selectors. A custom selector may be missed. A found key does not prove a specific message was signed correctly.
DMARCThe number of records and the published p= policy.
MXReceiving servers and the provider they suggest. Your sending provider may differ.

Price

€149.00 once for one domain, with one re-check within 30 days after purchase. The initial check is free.

What the check does not do

It sends no email, inspects no individual message and makes no DNS changes. Content, volume, sender reputation and recipient policy also affect delivery. Your IT provider must review proposed changes against every authorised sender before applying them.

Where do the data come from?
Public DNS records queried through public resolvers. We do not connect to your mail server.
What happens to my input?
We use only the domain. The result and domain are deleted after 24 hours. After purchase, findings and the domain are retained for 30 days for the included re-check.
