By accessing and using metatron.marketing ("the Website") and engaging with Metatron Marketing Ltd ("the Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Website or services.

Metatron Marketing provides strategic AI consulting, structure-first organizational assessments, and autonomous system implementation guidance. Services are subject to contract agreement and scope definition between the Company and the Client.

3. Client Obligations

• Disclose relevant organizational constraints and requirements
• Respect intellectual property and confidential information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Pay invoices on agreed terms

4. Company Limitations

• We provide strategic guidance, not guaranteed outcomes
• Implementation success depends on client execution and organizational readiness
• Market conditions, regulatory changes, and unforeseen circumstances may impact results
• We do not provide tax, legal, or financial advice (recommend qualified professionals)

5. Intellectual Property

All content on metatron.marketing (text, frameworks, diagrams, methodologies) is owned by Metatron Marketing Ltd unless otherwise stated. You may view and reference material for personal use. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without permission is prohibited.

6. Client Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of client information shared during consultations. We do not disclose client identities or proprietary data without explicit written consent, except as required by law.

7. Payment Terms

• Invoices are due within 30 days of issue unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments accrue interest at 1.5% per month
• Unpaid invoices may result in service suspension
• All fees are exclusive of applicable VAT/GST

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Metatron Marketing Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Website or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimers

10. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. Termination does not waive payment obligations for services already rendered. Intellectual property ownership reverts per contract terms.

Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be arbitrated under the law of Portugal. Both parties waive the right to jury trial.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law and GDPR regulations. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in Portuguese courts or through EU-regulated arbitration.
