Four questions to ask before the first step

  1. Familiarity: Which single task costs the most time today? A pilot starts there, not everywhere at once.
  2. Data protection: Which agreements are in place before the first document is processed?
  3. Cost: Is the price fixed, and does the pilot end on a date?
  4. Liability: Who checks and signs off every result? The answer has to be: the lawyer.

How Metatron Qube Legal handles this

The pilot has six steps, the agreements come first, and we see no client data before a contract is signed. Every result goes to a person in your firm, who decides.

Name the step that holds you up.

Two sentences are enough: your areas of law and the task that costs the most time.
